Role Purpose:

The Key Account Manager will maintain solid relationships with Government clients and life sciences customers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities with key clients, growing company revenue by ensuring key clients are satisfied with services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate deep client intimacy to achieve or surpass assigned revenue and growth targets within designated accounts or sales territories.
  • Leverage long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor, offering insights on various solutions across marketing, market research, sales management, industry dynamics, trends, and IQVIA's product, consulting, and service capabilities.
  • Discern client needs and collaborate with IQVIA's marketing, sales specialists, consultants, and client service teams to craft and present tailored solutions for complex business challenges.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities and contract expansions within assigned accounts, engaging with client managers at the marketing, market research, sales management, and IT levels.
  • Oversee all sales-related activities and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work closely with sales management team and Client Service management to ensure renewal and subscription success.
  • Collaborate with global and regional account management to explore multi-country opportunities.
