  5. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
