Role Summary
The Client Service Officer plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and transaction instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service to corporate clients, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and complete account opening documentation, obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining documentation quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor customer deposits, complying with ALCO directives and providing timely updates to customers and relationship managers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve corporate customer problems and update customer status to minimize negative impact.
- Prepare transaction forms, obtain approvals, and execute transactions in response to client requests, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Update customer information and data to ensure accuracy on system records.
- Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and coordinate measures with concerned departments to deliver consistent, high-quality products and services.
Requirements
University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in financial services, attached resume and passport-size photograph are required.
