As our Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our organizational strategy.

You will work closely with our HR team to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business and operations, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs align with our goals.

With a focus on market research and benchmarking, you will conduct regular assessments and benchmarking of compensation and benefits structure and levels, proposing bonus methodologies and other incentive-based reward schemes as part of the overall compensation and benefits strategy.

Your expertise will also be sought after in addressing employee enquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits, providing guidance and support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits program, including base salary, bonuses, benefits, incentives, and other forms of compensation.
  2. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure lxbfYeaa's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and region.
  3. Collaborate with benefit vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to design benefit programs and ensure effective delivery and communication of benefit offerings.
  4. Support employee enrolments, changes, and terminations in benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits design and implementation.
  2. Demonstrated robust career progression and a proven track record of leading successful strategic compensation initiatives.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Master's degree preferred.
