We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at The MSI Group. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory management system.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all goods are properly stored, tracked, and dispatched in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing stock levels, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

You will work closely with our Supply Chain Team to develop and implement effective logistics strategies that meet the needs of our business. This will involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for process enhancements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other logistics software systems is an asset.
