  11. Provide critical information to senior management regarding irregular airport operations, facilitating proactive decision-making and minimizing disruptions.
  12. Manage contractual staff requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain smooth operations and adapt to changing circumstances.
  13. Create and sustain single points of contact with customs, airlines, and governmental agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  14. Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for line managers, duty managers, and supervisors to align with operational and financial objectives.
  15. Lead the Terminal Management Team, empowering them to take ownership of their responsibilities and deliver exceptional results.
  16. Drive innovative solutions to extraordinary problems, including flight delays, cancellations, IT system failures, and weather conditions, to maintain operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
  • Proven track record in an airport managerial position

  • Managing budgets and project implementation experience
  • Leading large workforces and driving change management initiatives
