We are seeking an experienced Real Assets Investment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fund investments across the entire real assets universe, including infrastructure, natural resources, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new investments, considering macro and industry trends in accordance with our department's investment mandate.
- Evaluate new investments, including reviewing offers for participation in new investment opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with general partners, advisors, and industry contacts.
- Evaluate the performance of existing investments and identify opportunities to improve value through strategic initiatives.
- Benchmark investment opportunities against peers and comparable companies/precedent transactions.
- University degree with MBA or other advanced financial qualification (e.g., ACA, CFA) desirable.
- Relevant work experience in a buy-side role, covering unlisted real assets sectors (infrastructure, natural resources, or real estate).
- Ability to relocate full-time to Doha, Qatar.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $150,000 per year, plus benefits and relocation assistance. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
