At MBG Corporate Services Qatar, we are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling and Networking: Establish relationships with prospective clients in Qatar through cold calls, references, and social media research.
  • New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone and arrange meetings with line managers as needed.
  • Presentation and Selling: Present the company and its services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Event Planning: Arrange seminars, conferences, and events to attract more prospects in the market.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: B2B selling experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Teamwork attitude and willingness to work closely with all team members and report daily activities to the line manager.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Consulting, Banking and Finance, Insurance.
  • Marketing Principles: A deep understanding of marketing principles (good business acumen and closing skills).
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and plenty of initiative.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills & proven track record in a sales environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiation skills and ability to convince clients.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Qatar experience is mandatory.
  • Driving License: Valid Driving License is mandatory.
