Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs that drive employee engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits design and implementation, with a proven track record of leading successful strategic compensation initiatives.

You will work closely with our HR team to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business and operations, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs align with our organizational strategy.

In addition, you will collaborate with benefit vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to design benefit programs and ensure effective delivery and communication of benefit offerings.

Your expertise will also be sought after in reviewing and managing periodic updates of HR processes, policies, and procedures, as well as developing and implementing standardised and efficient processes that optimise service delivery and enhance employee experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated robust career progression and a proven track record of leading successful strategic compensation initiatives.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits design and implementation.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  4. Master's degree preferred.
