Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Manager to join our team at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information, and assigning rooms.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest and enter Marriott Rewards information.
  • Secure payment and verify billing, ensuring rates match market codes and document exceptions.
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, balancing and dropping receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting the team to reach common goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
