Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Manager to join our team at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and assigning rooms.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys and verify/adjust billing.
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information.
  • Accommodate guest requests and follow up to ensure requests have been met.
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
  • Balance and drop receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
