Role Overview

This critical role at lxbfYeaa focuses on delivering effective learning and development strategies that drive employee growth and enhance organizational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact training initiatives.
  2. Establish a framework for career development and succession planning.
  3. Support the development and management of customized training programs for diverse employee groups.
  4. Evaluate employee skills gaps and provide targeted recommendations for growth.
  5. Collaborate with department leaders to craft and track individual development plans.
  6. Ensure the successful execution of development programs through close collaboration with the Senior Development Counsellor – Support.
  7. Track and maintain accurate records of training participation and progress.
  8. Lead awareness sessions to foster a deeper understanding of our career development approach.
  9. Provide authoritative guidance on career development policies and procedures to address staff queries.
  10. Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor in line with organizational objectives.
