Learning and Development Specialist

Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strong background in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs while managing resources and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies to meet organizational needs and employee expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and align development initiatives with business objectives.
- Create engaging in-person and e-learning training programs, courses, and workshops that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Facilitate professional growth by supporting career development programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development or related roles, with a strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and organizational development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in using learning technologies such as LMS, e-learning development tools, and virtual training platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships across departments.
