Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans: Create and execute plans to target deployments of our Metadefender and MetaAccess Security platforms in the region.
  • Build Relationships and Leverage Resources: Establish strong relationships with target accounts, leverage company resources, and negotiate and close new business.
  • Strategic Enterprise Sales: Target enterprise clients in the region to build a robust pipeline of business.
  • Develop Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with partners, customers, and prospects.
  • Identify and Pursue High-Value Opportunities: Strategically target business opportunities that leverage high-value use cases in key verticals.
  • Communicate Value Propositions: Effectively communicate the value of our products, solutions, and services to partners and customers.
  • Maintain Account and Opportunity Detail: Accurately maintain account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touchpoints, sales inhibitors, etc.
  • Forecast and Report Revenue Projections: Accurately forecast and report revenue projections to management.
  • Exceed Annual Quota: Consistently overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in account management, channel development, and sales.
  • Proven Track Record: A consistent track record of quota attainment selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting Expertise: Highly accurate pipeline management and forecasting expertise.
  • Ability to Travel: Ability to travel as necessary to customers, channel partners, and company meetings/events.
