About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Support Professional to join our team at UrbaCon Contracting & Trading.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general information about the company and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  • Support HR and administrative teams as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
