Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and strategic growth across our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion, strategic partnerships, and new market ventures.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration among team members. Mentor and develop leadership talent within the organization.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industries in which the company operates.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, investors, and board members.

Requirements:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a COO or senior operational leadership role in industrial manufacturing, real estate, managed services, trading distribution, and healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results in a complex, multi-site organization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
