About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our Medical Center team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing occupational health programs, conducting medical examinations, and providing expert medical guidance to management on workplace health matters.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop and implement health promotion programs to educate employees on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Center team to develop and distribute health education materials promoting a culture of wellness.
  • Provide one-on-one health coaching and counseling services to employees, addressing their specific health concerns and goals.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine and possess valid licenses to practice as an Occupational Medicine Specialist in Qatar. A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Occupational Medicine or a related field is required, preferably in the medical sector, with at least 5-6 years of experience in the GCC region.
