We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Kempinski Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office and Guest Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel's high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Relations: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Knowledge and Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and policies, as well as the local area and its attractions.
  4. Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and analyze guest feedback, using this information to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  6. Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, using problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the guest's needs.
  7. Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven working experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Language: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
