We are looking for a skilled Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for supervising the front desk and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the front desk team and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs for front desk staff
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
  4. Respond to client inquiries and provide general information about our services and facilities
  5. Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed
  6. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  7. Support other departments with various clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in supervisory roles or similar environments
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  9. Professional appearance and demeanor
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
