Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and providing a warm welcome in line with our brand standards.
- Managing guest inquiries and providing accurate information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions efficiently.
- Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships.
- Driving online name mentions and promoting customer feedback.
- Understanding online guest feedback and exploring options for improvement.
- Performing general office duties, including correspondence and filing.
- Ensuring smooth communication with all departments on guest requests and complaints.
- Maintaining a safe environment for guests in accordance with safety procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have/be:
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a front office department.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is essential.
- Arabic language fluency - speaking, writing, and reading.
