We are seeking a Business Development Professional - Digital Media to join our team at Mind Technologies LLC. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts, securing new business, and collaborating with sales teams to drive digital growth across market-leading websites and online directories in the security and safety industries.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in B2B media and/or digital sales, preferably with international organization clients. They will have a proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy, process, and KPIs, as well as excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that meet advertisers' objectives and deliver solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Identify high-value segments and customers whose target audience matches our digital product users.
  • Manage pipeline and prioritize target accounts to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Prospect, call, present, and close deals to grow digital revenues.
  • Develop sales strategy, streamline sales process, and optimize sales tactics to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with editorial, event sales, and marketing teams to leverage existing resources and client relationships.
