We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at MBG Corporate Services Qatar. This role involves leading our sales and marketing efforts and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key clients and partners.
  3. Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products/services.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  6. Event Planning: Plan and execute seminars, conferences, and other events to attract new prospects.
  7. Reporting and Communication: Report daily activities to the line manager and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
  1. Masters Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Professional Certifications: Relevant professional certifications such as CRM or sales training.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
