Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness and drives engagement.
  • Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform social media content and advertising.
  • Design and implement engaging and creative social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and track their success.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers and partners.
  • Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Experience in running social media campaigns and tracking their performance.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for design to create engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about social media and staying updated with industry changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Arab Nationality.
  • Valid QID and NOC.
  • Ability to join immediately.
