Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions about product offerings and promotions.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee supervision, to ensure a smooth-running and efficient store environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning and development.
  • Promote all in-house services and workshops to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Carry out competitor analysis to monitor pricing position, identify emerging trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, share best practices, and leverage resources effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a retail manager in a similar industry or environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams, build strong relationships, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proficient in using technology, including sales reporting software, inventory management systems, and other relevant tools.
  • BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
