About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Controls Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that commercial planning and risk management of projects are carried out to optimize sustainable business profitability.

  1. Work closely with the Project Manager and Area Commercial Manager to ensure commercial planning and risk management are aligned with business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective processes for administering WIP, invoicing, and A/R aging.
  3. Provide support to the Cost Control Administrator in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
  4. Liaise with the planner scheduler to ensure WIP tracking is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Commercial related qualification or experience
  • Membership of a relevant Professional Institution
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
