Job Overview

VFS Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Istanbul. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the operations team to meet performance targets and achieve operational excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of services.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client interactions, ensuring high levels of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage operational reporting and performance analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on operational objectives and goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Turkish Nationality: Must be a Turkish national residing in Istanbul.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent in Polish is mandatory.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in customer service and operations.
  • Leadership Track Record: Proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational excellence.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
