As a key member of our team at lxbfYeaa, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight simulators. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance for these complex systems.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Support: You will be the point of contact for any complex technical matters related to software and hardware for all simulators. This includes resolving issues, implementing fixes, and providing guidance to other support engineers.
- AOG Support: You will be responsible for supporting Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, which require prompt attention to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Configuration Control: You will define and manage simulator configuration control, ensuring that all systems are properly configured and up-to-date.
- Project Reviews: You will participate in project reviews as required, reviewing systems architecture to ensure it meets project requirements and leading software integration efforts.
- Leadership and Collaboration: You will lead and offer technical support to other engineers, ensuring seamless communication within the team regarding simulator status and problems found.
- Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 10+ years of experience in CAE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of simulated systems and instruments/avionics interface, including SIM XXI, CAE R3 & R4 technology, and 7000 XR.
- Knowledge of motion EMM technologies, Visual systems, CAE software, and applications.
- Programming languages: C, C++, FORTRAN, Perl.
- Microsoft development tools for Windows platform (Visual Studio 6.0 and higher).
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and dynamic teamwork.
