**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage with electrical contractors, EPC contractors, and end-users to promote LV panel, industrial UPS, and hazardous area equipment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors to build trust and drive sales.
  • Promote UPS and LV system solutions to consultants and end-users through active engagement and prescription activities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain cordial relationships and support OEMs to achieve set business goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback regularly to the Sales Leader.
  • Enhance customer experience through exceptional sales support and service.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical) or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in the electrical sector.
  • Strong relationships with electrical contractors, EPC contractors, and end-users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
