Management Solutions International MSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager - Electrical Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the electrical sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage with electrical contractors, EPC contractors, and end-users to promote LV panel, industrial UPS, and hazardous area equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors to build trust and drive sales.
- Promote UPS and LV system solutions to consultants and end-users through active engagement and prescription activities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to drive sales growth.
- Maintain cordial relationships and support OEMs to achieve set business goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback regularly to the Sales Leader.
- Enhance customer experience through exceptional sales support and service.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical) or related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in the electrical sector.
- Strong relationships with electrical contractors, EPC contractors, and end-users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
