Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the Structural design is delivered in compliance with International Standards, COMPANY standards, project specifications, and procedures.
* Challenge EPC Contractors on the proposed design and oversee the development of the Structural design, including equipment jacket design, weight control, seismic studies, load out, transportation, and installation studies.
* Monitor and report on weight and center of gravity (CoG) to ensure protection of Company contingencies and to keep weight increase within approved limits.
* Promote field technical optimization and cost savings, ensuring compliance with project schedule and contracts.
* Identify Structural engineering technical decisions and define a clear way forward for these decisions.
* Work with the weight control engineer and engineering team to ensure close weight monitoring and control.
* Contribute to the proper realization of the identification and specification of the LLI.
* Ensure close coordination with other disciplines on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters.
* Ensure relevant feedback and lessons learned from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of International Standards and COMPANY standards.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
