About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Upper Elementary Teacher to join our team at Hayat Universal School (HUBS). As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching multiple subjects in grades 4-7 and contributing to the overall academic excellence of our students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, using a range of instructional strategies and learning resources.
  • Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and suggestions for improvement, and maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and analyze data to inform teaching practices.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, using clear and concise language and adapting communication styles to meet individual needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Teaching Credential/License, preferably from Canada or other Canadian provinces.
  • Experience in differentiated learning and student inquiry instruction is strongly preferred.
