About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects and products by bridging the gap between business needs and data analytics solutions using agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication as a primary interface between the customer/business and the technology teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and model business needs and requirements.
  • Design data product solutions that meet business needs and evaluate underlying data sources.
  • Create detailed user stories, process flows, and other associated documents required for data analytics projects.
  • Support the product owner in decision-making and shape the right data product to meet business needs.
  • Work with the technical lead/architect to design the technical framework that meets business outcomes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity of the overall solution.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings.
  • Help prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Ensure project and product objectives are met with scope, timeline, cost, and budget allocations.
  • Continuously assess and improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 5 years in a data analytics role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools.
  • Proficiency in data modeling concepts and creating documents such as Data Mapping Documents, Data Dictionary, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Data Lake/Warehouse technologies and architecture.
  • Excellent understanding of ETL/ELT processes and creating user stories covering loading, processing, reporting, scheduling, quality, and governance aspects for data.
  • Excellent understanding of PL/SQL, Python, RDBMS concepts.
  • Certifications in Agile and Business Analysis are considered a plus.
