We are looking for an experienced sales professional to promote and sell our medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the region.

Sales Objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing departments, and healthcare professionals to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals, ensuring customers understand their value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, leveraging industry trends and competitor activities to inform effective sales strategies.
  • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and satisfaction, and staying updated on industry developments to maintain expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base, fostering a strong brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in scientific principles and knowledge.
  • Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales, showcasing ability to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations, enabling informed sales conversations and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, facilitating effective collaboration and relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, establishing trust and loyalty through consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques, skillfully navigating complex sales situations and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
  • Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products, ensuring a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (bilingual), enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders across languages and cultures.
  • Valid work permit for Qatar, ensuring eligibility to work in the country and comply with local regulations.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, adapting to changing circumstances and requirements as needed.
