The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing warm greetings, answering phone calls, and processing reservations.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Answer hotel phone calls and connect guests to the correct extension
  2. Greet callers with a sincere and welcoming tone
  3. Confirm and process guest reservations for rooms, F&B, and Spa services
  4. Verify room availability and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
  5. Accommodate special requests and document them accordingly
  6. Ensure accurate and personalized information is provided to guests
  7. Show complete product knowledge and understand rate structure
  8. Maintain filing systems and collate reports as required by management

Requirements

  1. Senior School qualification or equivalent
  2. Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management
  3. A minimum 2-year experience in a hotel or administrative position selling hospitality services
  4. Previous work experience in Reservations or Front Office
  5. Experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  7. Prior experience with Property Management Systems
  8. Arabic language skills are desirable
