About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our Cabin Services Team as a Performance Manager. This is a key role that requires a strong background in performance management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management

Lead and manage a team of Cabin Crew to ensure they meet and exceed company set standards.

Performance Coaching

Work closely with the training and inflight teams to identify opportunities, create and implement strategies, and coach and develop individual team members to improve their performance.

Compliance and Quality

Ensure the compliance of standards and procedures at all times to promote the safety of the airline and exceptional inflight experience.

Training and Development

Collaborate with the training department in developing training programs to uphold and elevate in-flight experience on board.

Operational Efficiency

Manage the Performance Officers/Inflight Trainer Checkers and Cabin Crew duties to optimize productivity within the operation.

Performance Assessment

Ensure each PO/ITC/Cabin Crew are assessed on their performance as per defined procedure in order to ensure consistency and effectiveness of assessments.

Service Standards

Develop and implement service standards, procedures, and products on board in coordination with Inflight and Training departments to ensure exceptional service on board.

Welfare and Counselling

Provide welfare and counselling support to Cabin Crew by assisting with incidents or occurrences of personal or professional nature.

Performance Improvement

Engage with underperformers through F2F discussion and provide feedback to align them with Cabin Service objectives, document and monitor progress.

Disciplinary Action

Address behavioral/performance issues and apply appropriate action as per HR policies.

Communication

Communicate with the team regularly to ensure everyone is aware of company and departmental objectives and each one's role in achieving them.

Feedback and Reporting

Provide feedback related to the cabin specs for new aircraft deliveries.

Requirements
