In this role, you will be proactive in resolving service-related concerns and providing follow-up, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

  • You will answer a high volume of incoming calls to the hotel, responding to guests' inquiries with a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor.
  • This highly visible role gives you the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating a signature experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpful and exceptional service to guests
  • Answer incoming calls to the hotel
  • Respond to guests' inquiries
  • Proactively resolve service-related concerns
  • Provide follow-up as needed
