Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by providing product recommendations and promotions to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping duties.
  • Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions.
  • Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A friendly and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Confident, helpful, polite and physically fit.
  • High School (Bachelor Preferred) diploma.
  • 4-5 years' experience in the Fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals.
  • Good Personality.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Accountability.
