Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by providing product recommendations and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping duties.
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions.
- Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
- A friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Confident, helpful, polite and physically fit.
- High School (Bachelor Preferred) diploma.
- 4-5 years' experience in the Fashion industry.
- Proven ability to achieve goals.
- Good Personality.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Accountability.
