About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing contracts, and driving value for the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including FAR/DFAR.
  • Develop and maintain Scopes of Work (SOW) and specifications to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and ensure they are fully approved and accurately charged.
  • Co-ordinate and execute administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and submissions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Degree in Business Studies preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of purchasing experience, specifically in commodity and service requirements.
