In this key role, you will analyze workforce-related proposals from business units, providing informed recommendations to management on position requirements and modifications. Your expertise in organizational design will enable you to assess current structures, understand strategic directions, and recommend changes to roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.

Data quality and management reporting are critical components of this position. You will ensure meticulous workforce data collection, validation, and analysis, supporting accurate decision-making and reporting. Additionally, you will maintain the positions database and organization chart, generating reports based on this information.

As a Workforce Planning Expert, you will also advise management on the selection, implementation, and optimization of workforce management systems and other relevant HR systems. This includes assessing organizational needs, selecting suitable software solutions, and managing the implementation process.

Your deliverables will include:

  1. A detailed framework for reviewing workforce-related proposals.
  2. Regular progress reports and final project reports.
  3. Compilation of all proposals, presentations, market benchmarking reports, facts, and evidence used to support recommendations or advice provided during the assignment.
  4. Support to SD Organization Development on Workforce Planning activities on a BAU and ad hoc basis as required.
