Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation.

  • Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop functional specifications for developers to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful project adoption.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
