About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cargo Business Optimization Team in Doha as a Cargo Business Intelligence & Analytics Officer. In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Cargo department, working closely with the team lead and internal stakeholders to develop solutions that enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance standard reports for Cargo Management, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, using existing and new systems, processes, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Update Cargo's data repository effectively, maintaining high quality standards and regularly updating SharePoint access controls.
  • Perform Quality Assurance activities to validate requirements, ensuring proper documentation, data model verification, and source-to-target mapping.
  • Participate in ongoing discussions within the Business Intelligence team to support departmental decision-making within the Cargo Division.
  • Support the Team Lead in projects, including documentation and testing of Data Warehouse, developing and enhancing Outstation reporting and dashboards, and responding to email queries from business users.
  • Ensure that all uses, disclosures, and requests of information are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the QR Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes.
