Job Overview

  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for new joiners and employee business trips.
  5. Manage petty cash and ensure timely payment of expenses.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for direct subordinates.
  7. Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in administration or office management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
