• Ability to switch between Enterprise Sales and Mid-Market selling, with a focus on building relationships with Senior level executives and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a solution-driven mindset
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with a strong desire to work in a global team environment
• 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a preference for Open-Source Software market place and experience selling into Global 2000 accounts companies
• Strong knowledge of Services sales and a customer-centric focus
• Comfortable with travel and customer-facing opportunities, with a desire to lead and mentor peers and team members
• Experience or interest in agile quick growth companies

About the Role:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Percona
• As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
• You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quotas and close deals
• You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Senior level executives and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service and support
