About You:
• You possess a strong hunter's mentality, with a passion for closing big deals and understanding the value of closing deals of all sizes
• You are adept at navigating complex Enterprise Sales cycles and Mid-Market selling strategies
• You recognize the importance of preparation, process, and urgency in driving sales success
• You are a self-motivated individual who can work independently and is solution-driven
• You are an effective communicator and can present ideas with conviction
• You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with Senior-level executives and stakeholders
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy problem-solving
What You Bring:
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• You are naturally ambitious and have a strong desire to close new business
• You have 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a distinct advantage if you have experience in Databases
• You have a proven ability to achieve sales quotas and accurately forecast business performance
• You have knowledge of the Open-Source Software market place, which is a plus
• You have experience selling into Global 2000 accounts and have a solution-selling mindset
• You understand the importance of Services sales and are comfortable with travel and customer-facing opportunities
• You have a customer-centric focus and are comfortable working in a global team environment
• You have experience or interest in agile, quick-growth companies and have leadership and mentoring skills
