About This Role
  • This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to reservation inquiries, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Show complete understanding of our rate structure and apply rate management principles.
  2. Assist guests with cancellations or modifications of booking reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Process and confirm guest reservations made by clients via phone or email.
  4. Process payments and send reservation confirmations to guests.
  5. Stay up-to-date with all promotions in and around the hotel and follow established procedures to process room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
Qualifications
  • Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Hotel operations is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
