About the Position:

The STU Dynamics Sales Specialist is a key player in advancing the sales process and driving customer satisfaction within the Dynamics 365 product area.

This role involves working closely with the Account Team Unit (ATU) to secure business and technical decisions, moving customers from qualified to committed stages.

Main Job Functions:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with partners to deploy and consume Microsoft's cybersecurity and compliance technology
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to the Customer Success Unit (CSU) once an opportunity or milestone is committed

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Secure business and technical decisions with the ATU
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

Experience in sales and account management, particularly in the Dynamics 365 product area

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
