Human Resources Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our team in maintaining a seamless travel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and track office supplies and forms to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Respond to phone calls and record messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create new employee personnel files and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized space designated for completing applications and ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
  • Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management regarding company programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9's.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
