HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at RealHR. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition system, compensation and benefits, and administration.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain positive employee relations through fair treatment, respect, and open communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement a rewards and recognition system to motivate employees and improve morale.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients. They should have a proven track record in HR management, with experience in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition system, compensation and benefits, and administration.
