About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers on budgeted net sales, gross margin, and net profit for all DOMASCO Automotive Brands in Qatar.

The role requires strategic development of the brand, including overseeing and enhancing overall performance with direct responsibility for Sales, After Sales, Marketing, Planning, Pricing, and Performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. Experience in strategic planning and execution is essential, along with a strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and customer behavior.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
