Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking a Regional Sales Executive - Leisure to join their team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth for the hotel's leisure segment by developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other leisure partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a network of key leisure contacts to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to secure leisure business for the hotel.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward achieving set targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC leisure market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
