Job Summary

As our Telecom Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading business growth in the telecom sector.   5. Account Farming: Strategically expand and nurture existing telecom accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, leveraging deep industry knowledge, and understanding.

Expansion and Growth Initiatives (Business Development):

  1. Win New Telecom Clients: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom industry, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition, thus achieving sales targets.
  2. Build a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals specialized in telecom services, driving their success in acquiring new clients and expanding market share.
  3. Expand into Tapping New Clients/Logos, Markets, Geographies, and Lines of Business: Strategically target and acquire new telecom clients across diverse sectors, geographical markets, and business segments, broadening our reach and market presence.
